This is intended behavior, not a bug: equip it on your tank to pin opening boss aggro, and never put it on a DPS — a squishy carry pulling first-wave aggro is the number one cause of failed Chapter 10 runs. Should I sell or dismantle boxes, and why can't I sell some of them?
